Our commitment

Valor Plumbing aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of doing the job right, not a feature to add later.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and alt text
• Color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast for body text
• Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and interactive elements
• Visible focus styles on links, buttons, and form fields
• Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or function
• Captions or transcripts for substantive video content
• Forms designed for screen readers, with clear labels and error states

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a moving target. We test the site with current versions of major screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) and audit pages as we ship new content. If you find a barrier, we want to hear about it — your feedback shapes the fix list.

Service accessibility

If you need to request service in a way that works better for you, we can:

• Take service requests by phone, text, or email — your choice
• Offer large-print invoices and quotes on request
• Arrive with a technician who will clearly identify themselves and explain the work step by step
• Coordinate with caregivers, family members, or interpreters for scheduling and on-site visits
